Gather to Worship
We gather each week to worship God together. In our services, God is the object of worship, not the audience. Worship is not a performance, entertainment, or a concert—it is a church family lifting its voice together in praise to the Lord.
Congregational singing is central to our worship. While we appreciate instruments such as piano, organ, and guitar, the primary instrument in our worship is the human voice. We sing songs that are rich in biblical truth and that the entire congregation can sing together.
Our focus is not on style or trends, but on truth, reverence, and love for our great God as we gather around His Word.
(Hebrews 10:24–25; John 4:23–24)
Grow in Christ
We are committed to helping every believer grow in their knowledge and application of God’s Word.
On Sunday mornings we offer Bible classes for adults, parents, young adults, teens, and children. Throughout the week we provide additional opportunities for spiritual growth through Bible studies, care groups, and discipleship.
We also offer one-on-one discipleship and biblical counseling to help individuals apply God’s truth to the real struggles of life.
Our goal is simple: to bring the Word of God to the people of God so that they are transformed into the image of Christ.
(Colossians 2:6–7; 2 Peter 3:18)
Go to the Lost
Jesus has given His church a clear mission: to make disciples of all nations.
At Berean, we believe the gospel is too important to keep to ourselves. We seek to share Christ with our neighbors, our community, and the world.
We do this through personal evangelism, outreach ministries, missions partnerships, and equipping our members to confidently share the gospel in everyday life.
We live sent because eternity matters, and because the good news of Jesus Christ is the hope of the world.
(Matthew 28:19–20; Acts 1:8)
Berean Cares for Its People
At Berean Baptist Church, care is not just a ministry—it is part of our identity as a church family.
Our pastors faithfully shepherd the congregation, and our deacons serve widows and those with practical needs. But care at Berean goes beyond leadership—it is shared by the entire church body.
Through our Care Groups, members gather regularly to share blessings and burdens, pray for one another, and apply the truth of God’s Word to everyday life. These groups help turn a large church into a close spiritual family.
Our desire is that every person at Berean would be known, encouraged, and strengthened in their walk with Christ.
